Twitter, Jimmy Fallon, and Orange Rose Crushing

So, I joined Twitter.com in August 2008. From then until the end of 2008 I had posted maybe 6 random updates. Like "I want my own tour bus" "I heart my stalker" (for those randoms that add you to facebook) and such. I think I had 1 follower. Sad, right? But read on...

On March 2nd, Jimmy Fallon took over Late Night and I was super excited. How much funnier can one get?! And everyone knows the way to my heart is through my giggle! I hope he becomes bigger than Letterman or Leno - as great as those guys are - Jimmy is bringing the late night to younger audiences....and to nerds (like me!)

Jimmy Fallon was all about the Twitter, so I gave it another try...and found a lot of personalities that I might like to 'follow' so they can tweet and update us with lines like "I heart my stalker." Like I once did. Or the most recent of mine: "kevinroseFlight was delayed for 2hrs. Now departing to SFO!"

And then comes Kevin Rose. (Now can I just say, his tweet was the last I checked as I was writting that above - and he was my next subject - how odd?) I have a major non-real life crush on this guy. Funny. There is also something intriguing about him. The interaction between him and Alex on Diggnation is pure genius. Those 2 can talk about anything and put a giggle in me....look I'm blushing!

Ok, so I've been watching Jimmy Fallon since the first show. I'm a huge fan and the other night I saw the 2 guys from diggnation, Kevin & Alex. I thought these 2 were very interesting, so I checked out their podcast. I'm totally hooked.

I've watched several episodes and have learned a lot of stuff and been introduced to a few new websites.

Examples: digg.com (which i've heard of before but never really checked it out), theonion.com, ted.com, Tip Jar - all of which are awesome! And so many more...

So I've become a totally computer junkie and website junkie... again. This is where my blogging all begins....
